Light the moments you enjoy
Consider gentle path lighting, task lighting near entrances and a comfortable seating area. Timers, motion controls and manual switches can limit lights being left on unnecessarily.
Keep control simple
Choose accessible switches, a simple remote or optional app control. Check outdoor Wi-Fi coverage where needed and make sure there is an obvious manual watering and lighting override.

Targeted watering and sensible lighting schedules may reduce waste compared with an inefficient existing routine. Water-bill savings depend on metering and tariffs; energy savings depend on the lights and hours replaced.
There is no guaranteed saving. We should compare equipment, installation, water, energy, subscriptions and seasonal maintenance before recommending a system.
Outdoor lighting can improve visibility but cannot guarantee the prevention of falls or crime. Specialist electrical, plumbing, landscaping or access work must be assessed and undertaken by suitably qualified people. Availability and scope are confirmed before booking.
